The model under the 600 index is a few centimeters narrower, correspondingly 200 Watts less powerful, but at the same time, it has an identical set of drivers as the “eight-hundredths” model. Obviously, this sequestration has radically affected the price, the 1200 model is 70% more expensive than the 800, but in terms of functionality and actual sound quality – well, the changes here are more quantitative than qualitative, that is, they are almost the same level solutions, just for different size rooms. And accordingly, there are no wireless rear speakers in the package. There are still three tweeters in the center panel, but there are two pairs of tweezers and no treble channels. The 800 model is 15 cm shorter, 5 kg lighter, has a 10-inch woofer in the subwoofer, and 800 instead of 1200 watts. The total power of amplifiers in the system, as we have already said, is 1200 watts, and its weight is almost 15 kg, so there is no doubt about the quality potential of the model. It comes with a backlit remote control and supports Dolby Atmos, and there’s also Wi-Fi with Google Assistant, AirPlay 2, Amazon Alexa, and Spotify Connect, as well as a proprietary system control app.

In addition to HDMI with eARC audio return, HDCP 2.3 and 8K HDR, and Bluetooth 5.0, you can connect to the panel via a traditional optical input.

The subwoofer uses as much as a 12-inch bass driver, and the connection is made wireless, but the panel has a traditional wired output as well. In addition, the panel itself has high channels, they have installed in the complete Surround 3 wireless rear speakers, along with the standard speakers, in total – two more pairs of 3-inch wide-band radiators with Cerametallic cones and a couple of composite of the same caliber. Incidentally, these horns are 30 years old and are also a proprietary Klipsch development designed to reduce acoustic resonances and the associated impedance drops that worsen the interaction between the speaker and the crossover. The audiophile-inspired enclosure houses three pairs of 3″ oval composite fiber cone tweeters and three one-inch soft dome tweeters loaded with 90° x 90° Tractrix drivers. The panel is constructed using wood and with a height of only 75 mm, it will easily fit under a wall-hung or rack-mounted TV. We’ll start with the flagship 1200, which is a complete solution consisting of a panel, a subwoofer, and Surround 3 rear channels, connected wirelessly to each other (at 2.4 GHz) and a complete HDMI cable with a return audio channel to the TV. The meaning of both the original and current markings is very simple, in the first case it was the width of the soundbar itself in inches, and in the second – the total power of the system. About a year ago, they were substantially upgraded and renamed, now the 400, 600, 800, and 1200 models.

In January 2019, at the Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas, Klipsch shows prototype soundbars, from which a series of models under the indices 40, 44, 48, and 54 were later formed.

The world, however, was not ready for such radical integration and the total circulation of the speaker was only fifty copies.

In 1957, the Shorthorn T was born under the Klipsch brand, in fact, a TV nightstand with built-in speakers. You know you’re getting the most out of your speakers when using Klipsch amplifiers.Paul Klipsch founded his company just a year after the end of World War II, and among other models, it still produces three-quarters of a century of Klipschorn loudspeakers, developed at the time, which became a legend even during his lifetime. While most amplifiers have to make allowances because they don’t know what speakers will be used, Klipsch amps are designed to give Klipsch speakers everything they need to perform at the optimum efficiency. Many Klipsch amplifiers are designed specifically with Klipsch speakers in mind.

To get the most out of your high quality speakers you’re going to want to provide them with the best possible amplification.
